Directions: Follow the coordinates about 0.25 miles down a bumpy road off of Kearns Boulevard. There is adequate parking at the trailhead. Alternatively, take the longer and quieter route (my favorite) from Quinn's Junction up the back side of the hill, starting from 40.6791, -111.4704.
Many high schools and universities around the Western US mark their territory with hillside letters, a tradition that is over 100 years old. PC Hill must have the best view of them all, perched above town with views of all three ski resorts and the Park Meadows golf course. Accessible all year round and doable for the whole family, PC Hill is a short hike with a clearly defined trailhead. Once you reach the saddle, trails seem to spider off in every direction. To stay on the official route, follow the trail straight back towards the fence, and from there you will find your way without issue. The giant letters will be a sign that you've made it and make for a great place to sit. The actual hilltop, which is just a few more steps up from the PC, provides an even wider view and another nice sitting area.
